💵PAYMENTSThe client may choose between full payment and milestones. Please communicate with Cryptic the specifics you're looking for in your milestone. Files may be delayed delivery if payments are not completed. The client may not have to pay till their accepted request is up next in the waitlist

💫NITPICK RULES/REVISIONSYou have 3(three) times to make changes within the first milestone/sketch phase. Anything after will be an additional +2$ if the nitpick is small. Anything more complicated an additional charge depending on the complexity of request the client (you) may have

⚰️DEADLINESPlease expect delivery to be from 1 week - 6 months. Cryptic works a full-time job outside of commission work, hence the reason they rarely accept time sensitive projects. But do not let that detour you from communication.

🔮INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS USE AGREEMENTCryptic has full copyright over every work produced by them meaning;
• Clients do not have the right to use the art from the project for NFT/Minting/AI/or any crypto.
• The commission is for personal use only unless discussed other wise If the client wishes to own the file they must pay 75% of the cost of the project additionally to the the project's final price
• Cryptic still retains complete copyright over any piece made by them and may use them for self advertisement, redistribution, reproduction. Commission wise and not (fanart, OC art, personal art etc), unless client has paid for the commission's ownership
• Unless the commission is private by the client's request (fees may apply), or NDA,
• Cryptic is allowed unlimitedly repost the commission. Meaning it may be posted multiple times on one platform or may be posted cross platformThe client May and Must
•May edit their work minorly, for cropping purposes, social media banners, thumbnails etc.
•Must credit Cryptic when reposting commissioned work by tagging

💸REFUNDS
All payments are final, unless Cryptic fails to produce the piece/product or the project is canceled for personal means (by client or creator). If the following scenario occurs;• 25%-30% of the paid price of the officially accepted (sent invoice) project will be kept if the project has already been started and the project is under $200, but Cryptic has to cancel the project or the client wishes to. The rest will be refunded. The 25%-30% of the full paid price is determined by how far along in the process Cryptic is
• 50%-70% of the paid price of the officially accepted (sent invoice) project will be kept if the project has already been started and the project is +$700, but Cryptic has to cancel the project or the client wishes to. The rest will be refunded.

Any project between the +$200-$700 range refund percentage will completely be determined by the complexity of the project and if Cryptic has started production
• A full refund can be issued if Cryptic hasn't started the project yet per request of the client
(A partial refund can be issued to projects not done and delivered in a timely manner (past deadline))

💜💬COMMUNICATION
Again, please communicate with Cryptic. They pride themselves in improvements and delivering what the client asked for. But please, let it only be about the project at hand.
